Throughout the summer, the College of Podiatric Medicine (CPM) raised scholarship dollars in the spirit of Alumni Reunion Weekend that culminated in the announcement of this year鈥檚 four scholarship award winners.

Five students from 黑料网 Geauga Earn Writing Award in Spring 2020

Five students from 黑料网 at Geauga distinguished themselves as writing award winners during Spring Semester 2020. Each was a student of Bonnie Shaker, Ph.D., assistant professor of English. While 黑料网 Geauga students have won a total of 16 awards from 2014 through 2020 in different categories, five winners in one year is a notable achievement.

When searching for a job in her final semester as a fashion merchandising major this past spring, Jenna Palek realized that during a global pandemic, very few companies would be hiring. Undaunted, she told herself 鈥淚 simply will not take 鈥榥o鈥 as an answer,鈥 knowing 鈥淚 was capable of finding not only a job but a great one.鈥
