Grubb and other students have found an inclusive, welcoming environment that offers resources for the transgender community, such as the student organization Trans*Fusion and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Student Center. Transgender students also receive support from ºÚÁÏÍø’s faculty, staff and administrators.

Ariella Yager, entrepreneur major in ºÚÁÏÍø’s College of Business Administration; Samuel Graska, cell and molecular biology major in ºÚÁÏÍø’s College of Arts and Sciences; and Justin Gleason, graduate student in ºÚÁÏÍø’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design spent more than a year planning, inventing, designing and 3-D printing smartphone cases that contain vital medication. Wherever your smartphone goes, so does the medication.
