The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is the resource for investigators at 黑料网 for all aspects of externally funded sponsored projects, including:

  • Facilitation and authorization of proposal submission.
  • Negotiation and acceptance of agreements of behalf of the university.
  • Oversight and guidance for administration of all sponsored projects from government agencies, private industry, and non-profit funding agencies, in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Applying for funding takes time and effort. To comply with the 黑料网 policy regarding timelines for submission of grant proposals, investigators should adhere to the following deadlines:

  • Contact OSP with intent to submit a proposal as soon as possible, but no later than ten working days prior to the submission deadline.
  • (Re)commit to submit ten working days before the submission deadline.
  • Finalize budget and route the Kuali budget and complete (draft) proposal for internal approvals no later than five working days before the submission deadline.
  • Finalize the proposal in Kuali two working days before the submission deadline.
  • Final documents may be provided until 8 am on the submission deadline day, at which time the proposal will be finalized, reviewed, and submitted by the assigned Sponsored Programs Administrator.
