Flexibility in the workplace, a business practice used to manage people, time, space, and workload more effectively, efficiently, and responsively, supports a variety of priorities and university-level initiatives related to recruitment and retention, sustainability, staff excellence, and employee well-being. These include our healthy campus initiative, of Wellness, and the Great Place Initiative.
