The comprehensive methodology demonstrates 黑料网's stewardship of public funding, responsible cost containment for its students, and environmental impact reduction. A comprehensive, Renewable Energy Master Plan was completed to responsibly and efficiently apply appropriate renewable energy methods throughout 黑料网's eight campuses. Renewable energy deployment is the next logical step to this plan.
