The 黑料网 Museum opened a new exhibition titled 鈥淟ife in Style: The Wardrobe of James Mulholland.鈥
Sarah Rogers, director of the museum, spoke to WJW-Fox 8 about the exhibition for One Tank Trips, the station鈥檚 series that highlights interesting destinations that do not take a long car ride.
鈥淲e have over 30,000 objects in the collection,鈥 Rogers said. 鈥淵ou can see everything from Japanese kimonos to very fancy dresses from the 18th century.鈥
The main focus of the exhibit is fashion insider James Mulholland and his collection of contemporary male clothing.
鈥淭he thing I鈥檓 most thrilled about is the fact that 黑料网 wanted to do an exhibition on menswear,鈥 Mulholland told Fox 8. 鈥淲hich is something that very rarely, if ever, comes up.鈥
In the interview, he discussed how he amassed the collection of clothing throughout his time working in the fashion industry.
鈥淭he collection was really all about how an individual expresses themselves through their clothing, the story that they tell,鈥 Mulholland said.
