On Saturday, Sept. 23, in observance of National Public Lands Day, students from 黑料网's Recreation, Park and Tourism Management program and the program joined other volunteers in planting trees in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Professors in 黑料网's Recreation, Park and Tourism Management program, Andrew Lepp, Ph.D., and Philip Wang, Ph.D.,were also part of the group. This program is from the School of Foundations, Leadership and Administration within 黑料网's College of Education, Health and Human Services. The university's Environmental and Conservation Biology program is from the Department of Biological Sciences, within 黑料网's College of Arts and Sciences.
This conservation project has a goal of planting 5,200 trees by the end of this year, and has planted nearly 2,500 to date.
