Love your heart! Did you know that the leading cause of death is heart disease and that 80 percent of it is preventable? On Thursday, Feb. 15, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, Seminar Room A, you can find out ways to love your heart and reduce your risk through proper nutrition.
Our February workshop presenter will be Tanya R. Falcone, M.S., RD, LD, coordinator for the Center of Nutrition Outreach in ºÚÁÏÍø’s School of Health Sciences.
This program is open to all full- and part-time employees. For full-time, benefits-eligible employees participating in the Wellness Your Way program, this session will be worth 10 points toward your Tier Two total.
