EmpowerVetEd KSU Grant
Supporting Veterans, Service Members, and Their Spouses in Teacher Education Programs
This grant application aims to support military-connected individuals and their spouses pursuing teacher education programs at ºÚÁÏÍø. Eligible students will be contacted for a follow-up meeting with a Veteran to Teach (V2T) Advisory Committee member to confirm their eligibility and assess their needs.
The grant can be used toward general costs of your education.
Who is eligible to apply for this grant:
- All education majors on any ºÚÁÏÍø campus
- Veterans, service members, and their spouses
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis to award grants each semester, including summer.

The primary objective of the Veteran to Teach (V2T) Advisory Committee is to ensure that the EmpowerVetEd program supports military-connected students and their spouses by facilitating their access to critical resources for successful enrollment, academic persistence, and graduation with a teaching degree.
