Communication, Entertainment, and Media
Welcome to the Communications, Entertainment, and Media Community!
Communications, Entertainment, and Media (CEM) deals with the production and distribution of information in a variety of forms.
Entertainment traditionally encompasses music, films, radio, television, and theatre.
Media includes newspapers, magazines, books, and social media platforms.
Communications career paths are broad and overlap with entertainment and media. These career paths can also include advertising, PR, and corporate communications, to name a few.
Telecommunications, while commonly included within CEM, also falls within the technology industry, as a large number of employment opportunities require skills in information technology.
