Meghan Edmondson
Biography
Dr. Edmondson is an Assistant Professor for the 黑料网 College of Nursing. Her research focuses on using exercise as a self-management tool for Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Dr. Edmondson鈥檚 overarching goal is to develop a clinically useful exercise 鈥減rescription鈥 by answering questions about which types, durations, and frequencies of exercise provide the most functional benefit for people with ADHD. Her current project investigates the differences in executive function, ADHD symptom severity, and functional impairment before and after a cycling intervention at three levels of exercise intensity. Dr. Edmondson is a member of 黑料网鈥檚 Brain Health Research Institute (BHRI), Neurodiversity Research Initiative (NRI), and Healthy Communities Research Institute (HCRI). She is happy to serve as a resource and advocate for neurodivergent students, faculty, and staff.
